We will deliver the ordered goods to your specified address directly to your home, workplace, or chosen parcel locker throughout Lithuania.

Delivery rates:

* FREE delivery for order baskets over €150.

During promotions, delivery or handling fees may not apply.

• Normally, orders from Cosmosslt.lt are delivered to customers within 2-3 business days.

• In cases where the delivery time of an order may extend up to 14 days, a responsible person from Cosmosslt.lt will inform the customer by phone or email about this exception.

• Delivery of goods to parcel lockers is possible if the package of the order does not exceed 30 kg and meets the size requirements:

• To guarantee fast and high-quality delivery of goods, all goods ordered from Cosmosslt.lt are delivered using courier services.

• The courier will inform you about the delivery of the goods by SMS message one day before delivery, and on the day of delivery, they will call you before arriving.

• If you are placing an order on behalf of someone else but cannot pick up the goods yourself, please provide the contact information of the authorized person in the "Additional Information" field when filling out the Buyer's details.

IMPORTANT: During the delivery of goods, ALWAYS check if the packaging of the shipment is intact and free of defects. If you suspect that the shipment may be damaged, do not accept it and ask the courier to provide a complaint form for the possibly damaged goods during transport. We will provide you with all the necessary information and arrange for the delivery of a new shipment.
